Such bugs months after they were reported that keep dungeons from being completable are not shining a good light on the game as a whole. None of this changes the fact that no experience in an MMO is more controlled than an instanced dungeon. Adds spawned behind the walls that can't enter combat but prevent the quest from advancing? Party members with half-finished quests from earlier runs? We don't know. Right now, we can only speculate what's going on here. What's worse, the same happened to me during beta - and I was not alone. How can you script the quest so badly that it breaks even if you (as the game designer) have the greatest possible control over the environment? 4 PCs go in and are given access to a newly created instance. How on earth can this be? It's a completely controlled environment. The first quest-NPC doesn't even spawn,.So I tried it out a couple of times yesterday.
